Where should I start if I want to find good classical music?
January 42010
I’ve always loved when my music teachers played classical music in class, but I’ve come to realize that this is only because they knew which performances and composers were good. I like classical music but I really don’t know about different periods or performers and I’d like to. I like the more dramatic stuff, something that really sweeps me into it – and I tend to like minor songs more than major.
Can anyone help a girl surrounded in pop music and psychedelic rock?

Back in my day there was this thing called "radio." We listened to it to find music we liked. Sometimes you had to listen for a long time until you found a piece you liked.
You could try that. They actually do still have radio stations that play classical music in most large cities.
