I want to destroy a character on animal crossing city folk but i don’t wanna destroy the whole town. Once I have torn down the house, will I be able to rebuild it?
The only way to rebuild your house is to delete the character that’s living in it.

you cant destroy your house without destroying ur carater, however, when ever you pay off ur dept to tom nook he up grades ur house n makes it bigger, fancier, adds another floor ect.

It just erases that game person and everything in their house. It doesn’t erase the house. Just go to Before playing… or whatever at the main screen, before you go into town, just click Demolish House. Done =) Hope I helped!

You can tear down the house and keep your town and put a new character in the house as well as long as it is not the only character in the town.

i think u got to go to settings then erase character befor u start playing….idk..something like that…once u erased the character u can make a new one and a new house for it….

You can’t distroy your house unless you delete your characters that live in it.

You cannot rebuild a house, nor can you delete a character. So you’ve really messed up your game if your want to keep the town. Otherwise, you can start the town over in Other Things. I’ve never done it, but I think you keep your characters.

by saying that you dont want to tear down the whole town, do you mean you only have 1 character? if you have more than one character saved on your machine then when you tear down someone’s house, no, it wont delete the town just the person and house. im not sure if you can rebuild it but you should try it, maybe if you add a new resident after you tear down the house it will give it back?
